My name is Alex Jarvis.

I am a Writer, Digital Humanist, and a Storyteller.

I'm the Editor-in-Chief and Co-Creator of a Comic Book review website called Spandexless. I'm really proud of it, and you should check it out.

I've written for Wired, The Consumerist, and Profhacker.

My real passion is writing for comics. I love telling stories. My first comic, Ajar, was drawn lovingly by good friend Amanda, and we both hope you enjoy it.

When I'm writing prose, I generally do it at Literally/Figuratively. It's a mix of fiction and reflective non-fiction.

I do speaking occasions as well. I've spoken at panels on conventions, taught classes on Academic Technology, and spoke at Yale's 2011 Library Symposium.
